On Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022, from 9 a.m. -12 p.m., WW-P will be holding capital project and referendum building tours for parents/guardians and community members to come into several of our buildings to experience the new and redone spaces that have been created and redesigned for our students and staff. These new spaces have been created through the capital projects and referendum work that has been occurring over the last several years. The district recognizes that much of this work and construction took place throughout the pandemic and in order to ensure the health and safety of our students and staff members, visitors to our buildings were extremely limited. We are excited to share these new spaces with parents/guardians and community members now that we are able to safely open our buildings to visitors.

The following schools will be offering tours of their new facilities Dec. 3, 2022, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Tours will run every 45 minutes. Registration is required and will close Monday, Nov. 28, at 3 p.m. In order for our building staff to plan accordingly, we ask that interested individuals register to attend during the session that is indicated by their last name. Space is limited to ensure the health and safety of our tour guides and guests.

  • Maurice Hawk Elementary School
  • Town Center Elementary School
  • Community Middle School
  • Grover Middle School
  • High School South

Individuals may register for one or more building tours. A separate registration must be submitted for each tour in which you would like to participate. At the end of the form, registrants will be provided the option to register for an additional tour.

Registration Form:

Staff members as well as student tour guides will be on hand to lead parents/guardians through the school’s new and updated spaces. Each tour is not a full tour of the entire school but will focus on the new spaces.

Masks are optional but recommended for all attendees. Visitors who are feeling ill with COVID symptoms, are in quarantine, or are in isolation due to being COVID positive may not attend.

We look forward to seeing you at our Dec. 3 tours.
